Da sempre demonizzati da alcuni sanitari,i pesi in realta' ai bambini fanno MOLTO,MOLTO BENE. Gia' Steve Reeves (negli anni '50 in foto) allenava personalmente dei bambini. Si sapeva,infatti,che l'allenamento con i sovraccarichi (Resistance Training) irrobustiva lo scheletro,anche (e soprattutto) quello dei piccoli. Oggi invece,la quasi totalita' dei bambini e' pigro,sedentario,''vive'' di ''cibo'' spazzatura e naturalmente ha poca forza e poca stabilita'. L'allenamento con i sovraccarichi NON fa danni,semmai migliora la Postura,l'Equilibrio,dona Forza e Potenza al bambino e gli crea una struttura ossea PIU' FORTE. Naturalmente il carico dev'essere adeguato alla capacita' del bimbo,che deve imparare il Set Up / Gesto Atletico nel miglior modo possibile,sotto lo stretto controllo di un Tecnico qualificato.
